The O-RAN E2T I-Release Prometheus metric Increment function can crash in sctpThread.cpp for message.peerInfo->sctpParams->e2tCounters[IN_SUCC][MSG_COUNTER][ProcedureCode_id_RICsubscription]->Increment().
